Dear Editor,
Let me tell you something most job ads won't.
Right now, somewhere in Latin America… Medellín, Lima, Buenos Aires, there's an editor sitting in front of a timeline at 11pm, cutting clips for a client who doesn't watch the analytics, doesn't care about hooks, and wouldn't know a retention curve if it slapped them across the face.
That editor is bored out of their mind.
If that's you, keep reading.
Because this might be the last job ad you ever open.
We're Wealth Without Wall Street.
Two guys named Russ Morgan and Joey Muré started this company with a microphone and a grudge. The grudge? That millions of hardworking business owners hand their money to a stranger in a Manhattan high-rise, cross their fingers for 40 years, and call it a "plan."
Russ and Joey built a podcast, then a movement, teaching people how to create passive income and take back control of their money. No boardroom. No brand consultants. Just a message that hit a nerve.
And now that message is growing faster than we can edit.
That's the problem. That's why you're reading this.
You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder (virtually) with our Marketing Strategist and do one job: keep the content machine fed.
Specifically, you will:
Notice something? Not one of those bullets says "wait for instructions."
Requirements
I'm going to save us both a week of awkward emails:
No hard feelings. You're just not our people.
The editor we want watches five seconds of raw footage and already knows the hook.
They're borderline obsessed with the difference between content that gets scrolled past and content that gets watched to the very last frame.
They treat our channels like their own personal brand, because they know how you show up here follows you everywhere.
And when we say "we recorded three hours of podcast this week," they hear "that's a full week of content" and get to work. Nobody holds their hand. Nobody has to.
If your pulse just picked up, good. Keep going.
Nice to have: financial, coaching, or personal-brand content experience; basic motion graphics or text animation; a real point of view on what "on-brand" actually means.

Here's the first test: incomplete applications go straight in the trash. If you can't follow a three-step list, you can't run a publishing calendar.
We're hiring one person. The clock's running.
