Position Responsibilities:

If you are a rare individual who loves combining world-class creative execution with AI-powered innovation, this role offers the opportunity to lead a growing editing team while defining how modern content production is built and scaled.

This role includes:

  • Edit and finish high-impact short-form and long-form video content with strong pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and brand consistency
  • Lead day-to-day editing operations including project assignments, quality control, feedback, and delivery timelines
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted production workflows utilizing generative video, image, and audio tools
  • Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, and repeatable systems that improve production efficiency and quality
  • Mentor and develop junior editors through coaching, creative direction, and ongoing feedback
  • Partner with marketing and creative leadership to execute a consistent visual style aligned with business objectives
  • Manage freelance editors and external creative partners as needed
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and trends, identifying opportunities to improve output and workflow efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement across editing standards, production systems, and creative processes

Qualifications

  • •5+ years of professional video editing experience, including senior-level or leadership responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable editing software
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for composition, typography, motion, and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, HeyGen, Kling, Veo, Seedance, or similar platforms
  • Proven success building workflows and systems that improve creative efficiency and output
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing editors
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience creating content for both organic and paid marketing channels
  • Strong prompt engineering capabilities and practical AI implementation experience
  • Experience with sound design and color grading
