Vice President of Sales - DSCR & New Construction Originations

As Vice President of Sales - DSCR & New Construction Originations, you will play an important role in expanding originations and strengthening relationships across the real estate investor community. This role is well suited to someone who is energized by investor-focused lending, motivated by growth, and excited to help shape a high-performance sales organization within a fast-moving financial services business.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering high earning potential through an uncapped commission structure, company-provided leads, and comprehensive management support designed to help you build your pipeline and maximize your production.

Responsibilities

• Originate loans for real estate investors, including Fix & Flip, New Construction, DSCR, and Build-to-Rent projects.
• Cultivate and manage a pipeline of borrowers.
• Partner with investors, brokers, and real estate professionals to generate new business.
• Provide consultative support and education on loan products and terms.
• Collaborate with internal processing and underwriting teams to support smooth closings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of loan structures, DSCR calculations, and value-add investment strategies.
• Availability during Eastern and Central Time business hours.
• 2+ years of experience in BPL, Resi-CRE, or investor-focused real estate lending preferred.
• An established network of real estate investors is preferred.
• Nationwide licensing, where applicable, is a plus.
