What does a successful Vice President, Enterprise Cloud Strategy do at Fiserv?
A successful Vice President, Enterprise Cloud Strategy at Fiserv leads cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, and cloud enablement for critical government modernization programs, including EFTPS. This leader sets the vision for modern cloud adoption and drives execution across architecture, engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and data management. The role partners across client and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, compliant solutions that advance modernization and business outcomes.

What you will do?

• Lead cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, and cloud enablement for government solutions programs, with primary focus on the EFTPS modernization initiative.
• Drive end-to-end modernization planning and execution, including target-state architecture, migration strategy, platform design, cloud operating models, and governance.
• Partner with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, engineers, and business teams to build actionable roadmaps across cloud adoption, DevOps, CI/CD, and operational transformation.
• Establish architecture standards, design principles, and controls that support security, compliance, resiliency, scalability, data management, and operational excellence in a regulated environment.
• Serve as the senior technology leader for a critical, client-approved role, ensuring alignment, delivery momentum, and measurable progress against key program milestones.

What you must have?

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, cloud enablement, or large-scale technology transformation roles.
• 7+ years of experience leading cloud modernization programs in complex, highly regulated environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, DevOps, or technology delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.

What would be nice to have?

• 15+ years of experience supporting financial services, payments, or government technology programs.
• 3+ years of experience modernizing mainframe, legacy platforms, or large federal payment systems.
• 1+ cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
