Vertical Market Development Manager → Vertical Team Lead
Full-Time Employment: Base pay + commissions + full benefits
Vertical Ownership: Senior locations, PT and medical spaces, government contracts, municipalities, and related public-sector opportunities

Ideal Candidate (Healthcare, Senior Living & Public Sector Focus)
✅ 2+ years selling to senior living, rehab, PT, medical, municipal, government, or related institutional buyers
✅ Proven ability to generate and close business in healthcare, public-sector, or relationship-driven B2B environments
✅ Existing relationships with administrators, clinic groups, municipal departments, procurement teams, or public-sector decision-makers are a strong plus
✅ Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales and disciplined follow-through
✅ Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
✅ Understands Healthcare, Senior Living, and Public Sector needs: safety, reliability, stakeholder coordination, budget awareness, and service responsiveness

Position Summary: Own end-to-end Healthcare, Senior Living & Public Sector development from your local base
  • Sell new and upgraded fitness equipment and related services for senior living, PT, medical, municipal, and public-sector environments.
  • Prospect facilities, departments, administrators, and institutional decision-makers directly.
  • Run the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal, close, and order coordination.
  • Support design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management.
  • Target your local market plus broader Healthcare, Senior Living, and Public Sector opportunities.
  • Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains.
Job Requirements
✅ Healthcare, senior living, rehabilitation, public-sector, government, or related sales track record preferred
✅ Reliable transportation for site visits and in-person meetings
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Clean background & drug test
✅ Professional appearance

Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
15-25% travel for facilities, municipalities, and key opportunities
100% commission start (uncapped)
