Job Description

As a Vendor Management Reporting Analyst, you will help build standardized, effective performance metrics and SLAs. You will ensure consistent reporting and compliance tracking for key strategic vendors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain standardized procedures to implement and monitor vendor performance metrics and SLAs

  • Monitor vendor performance results against contracted service levels

  • Perform routine evaluations of vendor performance and software adherence

  • Build and update ServiceNow dashboards for real-time access to vendor performance

  • Prepare and present regular and ad hoc vendor performance and compliance reports

About you:

To be successful in this role, you require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You excel at presenting data-driven findings and recommendations to collaborators and have a proven track record in vendor management.

Education and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical, economics, computer science, or finance

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience or recent college grad with professional internship experience

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with pivot tables and PowerBI is a plus

  • Experience working cross-functionally with minimal supervision

  • Ability to travel minimally, up to once a quarter
