Overview Role

Do you enjoy matching travelers with the perfect vacation while working from the comfort of your home? We're looking for enthusiastic, organized individuals to join our growing remote team as Vacation Packaging Specialist.

In this role, you'll help clients build complete vacation packages by combining accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, excursions, and destination experiences into seamless itineraries. You'll work closely with travelers to understand what they want from their getaway and recommend options that fit their preferences, schedule, and budget.

Whether someone is planning a beach vacation, cruise, family holiday, honeymoon, group getaway, or bucket-list adventure, you'll help simplify the planning process while providing outstanding customer support every step of the way.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you succeed in your new career.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss vacation ideas, travel dates, interests, and spending goals
• Compare vacation packages from trusted travel suppliers to identify the best value and experience
• Build customized travel packages that include accommodations, transportation, activities, and optional upgrades
• Recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, guided tours, and sightseeing opportunities
• Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements using approved booking platforms
• Explain package features, travel protection options, and current promotional offers
• Keep clients informed throughout the booking process by providing updates and answering questions
• Communicate professionally through email, phone, virtual appointments, and online messaging
• Verify reservation details, travel documents, and itineraries before departure
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, new destinations, travel trends, and seasonal offers
• Deliver a high level of personalized service that encourages repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or vacation planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working independently
• Comfortable learning new software and web-based booking tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to develop professionally
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other hiring countries
