The VA Team Leader will manage the onboarding process for new virtual assistants and provide ongoing coaching to ensure high performance and team culture. They are responsible for monitoring task quality, tracking performance metrics, and building repeatable systems to support long-term success.
We're looking for a people-focused, highly organised VA Team Leader to join our growing team at The Doing Co.
We're an outsourcing agency that places Filipino professionals with small to medium businesses overseas, most of them Australian residential builders. Many of our clients are hiring their first VA, so how well that VA settles in shapes how they feel about outsourcing for years.
You'll make sure our VAs feel confident, supported and set up for long-term success. You'll pick up each new VA from their first week, run regular coaching calls, give clear and constructive feedback, and build a team culture where people are proactive, take ownership of their role, and stay long-term.
This role suits someone who loves working with people, leads with both empathy and accountability, and enjoys building the systems that help others do well.
If you’re the VA we’re looking for, then apply now!
