Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Professional to take ownership of the firm's advertising and content strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming ideas into compelling marketing campaigns that generate results. You will play a key role in developing creative concepts, writing persuasive scripts, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously refining marketing strategies to maximize lead generation. As the role evolves, you will have the opportunity to expand your impact across broader marketing, branding, and social media initiatives while working closely with leadership to support the firm's long-term growth.
Monthly Compensation: 1,245 to 1,350 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Develop creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns that align with the firm's marketing objectives.
* Work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
* Stay informed on emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, and best practices.
* Assist in developing and executing broader content marketing initiatives as the role expands.
* Collaborate with the videographer to ensure marketing messages are effectively translated into video content.
* Analyze campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimization.
* Research industry trends, competitors, and successful marketing campaigns to generate innovative ideas.
* Support social media content planning and creative direction.
* Continuously test, refine, and optimize advertising strategies to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
* Maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing materials.
* Recommend creative improvements based on campaign data, audience behavior, and market trends.
* Write engaging and persuasive scripts for video advertisements, social media content, and other marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Schedule - Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ( Approx. 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (flexible within 10:30–7:30 PM range) )
Timezone: EST
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or content marketing.
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, particularly for video advertising and digital campaigns.
* Experience developing creative marketing concepts from ideation through execution.
* Ability to analyze campaign metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
* Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles.
* Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
* Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience collaborating with creative teams, including video production, is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with social media marketing and content strategy is a plus.
