Job Description:
Join Job Duck as a Client Services Coordinator and become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will manage critical communications with providers, verify balances, and ensure accurate documentation to support smooth case handling. Your ability to organize information, maintain attention to detail, and communicate effectively will make a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values precision in every task.
• Salary Range: $1,150 USD to $1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform receptionist-style duties, including receiving calls from existing clients or third parties and transferring them to the appropriate department or team member.
Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads (no cold calling).
Gather complete and accurate information from callers and process client sign-ups.
Answer a high volume of inbound calls following a structured script.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to maximize successful signings.
Meet monthly KPIs related to call volume, follow-up activity, and completed sign-ups.

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client-facing roles or customer service
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and VoIP tools
• Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
