Job Description:

The Intake Assistant at a Law Firm serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient intake process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls while collecting and entering accurate client information. The Intake Assistant also supports translation needs to facilitate clear communication.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7PM to 10PM CST
Monthly compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Guide clients through the intake process and address general inquiries
  • Conduct initial client intake, gathering required information accurately and efficiently
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client experience
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all client information is properly documented
  • Provide translation and language assistance as needed to support client communication
  • Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle high phone activity in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual (preferred, especially for translation support)
  • Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
