Job Description:

Join Job Duck as a Family Law- Intake Coordinator.

In this role, you will guide potential clients through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and care, ensuring they feel heard and supported during challenging life situations. You will evaluate incoming matters, gather critical case information, manage lead pipelines, and coordinate qualified consultations with the legal sales team. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, exceptional follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to balance client-centered service with business objectives. • Monthly compensation: 1153 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and track leads throughout the intake pipeline and follow up with prospective clients using established communication protocols
  • Ensure compliance with ethical requirements, attorney supervision standards, and firm policies and collaborate closely with attorneys, sales personnel, and administrative team members
  • Build rapport with prospective clients while providing a supportive and professional experience

  • Maintain a target of converting marketing qualified leads into booked discovery calls
  • Follow established intake scripts, procedures, and best practices
  • Perform conflict checks according to firm policies and procedures
  • Conduct initial discovery and intake calls with prospective family law clients

  • Gather detailed information regarding client circumstances and legal needs
  • Evaluate potential matters to determine alignment with firm services and intake criteria
  • Schedule qualified leads for consultations with the sales team
  • Record accurate and comprehensive notes within HubSpot CRM
  • Communicate basic information about available services without providing legal advice

Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years of customer service, intake, sales, client relations, or consultative experience

•Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

•Experience working with CRM platforms required

•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities

•Professional telephone presence and customer service skills

•Experience working in a remote environment preferred

•Experience in a family law setting preferred

• Knowledge of family law procedures is a plus

•Ability to work under attorney supervision while adhering to ethical guidelines and firm policies
