Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide a positive and professional experience for every client interaction.

• Conduct client intake and gather relevant information.

• Monitor case progress and assist with moving matters through established workflows.

• Update and manage information within the firm's case management software.

• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their matters continue moving forward.

• Schedule consultations and appointments.

• Answer and screen incoming calls from prospective clients.
