UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the Consultec team. You are passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You combine strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience principles, and you are comfortable transforming business requirements and complex workflows into simple, effective, and scalable interfaces.

This is a remote position.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent communication and collaboration with international teams and clients.

You will:

• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

• Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into effective UX/UI solutions.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.

• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.

• Define interaction patterns and ensure consistency across digital products.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities with clients and internal teams.

• Identify usability issues and continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, analytics, and testing.

• Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.

• Present and communicate design concepts, decisions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX/UI processes, methodologies, and standards.

Ideally, you'd have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.

• Solid knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, and UI consistency.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.

• Experience conducting user research, interviews, usability testing, and design validation.

• Ability to translate complex business processes into simple and intuitive user experiences.

• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar is a plus.

• Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products is highly valued.

• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual design sensibility.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
