The Agile Coach is responsible for facilitating and enhancing the adoption of agile methodologies within the organization. They enable teams, leaders, and business areas to work more efficiently and aligned towards results, driving organizational evolution through agile practices.

Responsible for administering and maintaining the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot infrastructure to ensure security, governance, and operational continuity. This includes managing environments, implementing DLP policies, and supporting low-code/no-code development teams.

Provide operational and creative support for corporate marketing, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives. This includes creating digital content, managing social media, and supporting lead generation strategies to enhance the organization's digital presence.

Provide operational support for talent attraction, evaluation, and loyalty processes, including recruitment and candidate pipeline management. Assist in organizational development initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement, and organizational climate surveys.
