We're looking for a US Paid Media Growth Specialistwho knows that launching a campaign is only the beginning. The real opportunity lies in understanding the numbers, finding what works, and making every optimization count.
Working with one of our US-based clients, you'll manage paid advertising campaigns from setup and launch through performance monitoring, budget management, optimization, and reporting.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign efficiency, and turn advertising data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant advertising platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and monitor advertising spend against targets.
Analyze campaign performance, including cost per lead, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and advertising performance.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign trend research.
Perform A/B testing of audiences, ad creatives, targeting, and campaign strategies.
Prepare accurate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve ad creative performance and audience targeting.
Monitor underperforming campaigns and recommend optimization strategies.
Track campaign results against agreed objectives and implement performance improvements.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of relevant experiencein paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheetsfor data analysis and reporting.
Experience in paid media campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation.
Experience managing advertising budgets and tracking campaign performance.
Ability to analyse campaign metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with remote teams.
Willingness to use AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads.
Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Experience conducting A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
Experience collaborating with US-based marketing teams or international clients.
