Job Description: Unlawful Detainer Litigation Attorney (California - Remote/Hybrid Options)Location: California - Remote work available or hybrid in select offices
Compensation: $130,000 - $275,000 base salary + bonus

About The RoleWe are seeking attorneys with experience in unlawful detainer and habitability matters to join a high-performing litigation team representing clients across California. Attorneys will work under the guidance of an experienced trial lawyer handling complex, high-stakes litigation, while managing their own caseload and developing practical legal strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle unlawful detainer matters and related civil litigation from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and hearings.
Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding risk and litigation exposure.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare high-quality written analyses.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues while independently managing multiple matters.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
Minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in unlawful detainer or habitability litigation.
Strong academic background with proven skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
