The Underwriting Associate will provide high-level customer support to insurance brokers and policyholders while facilitating the underwriting process. They will also educate brokers on cyber insurance products and assist with administrative tasks to support business operations.

Based on the success of our Australian business, we’re hiring our second Underwriting Associate to support Coalition’s delivery of best-in-class service to brokers and policyholders in Australia. Candidates in this role will be accountable for providing the highest level of customer support and service to prospective and current customers (including insurance brokers quoting on our platform and our policyholders), facilitating the underwriting process while rapidly learning about our differentiated Active Cyber Insurance offering.
Ideal candidates for the role will have demonstrated experience effectively finding solutions to broker and customer needs in an intricate, rapidly growing business—from basic company and product education to administrative and transactional assistance.
