Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with deep expertise in designing consumer-facing, full-funnel e-commerce experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with pixel-perfect UI execution, demonstrates advanced proficiency in Figma, and consistently delivers scalable, accessible, and developer-ready designs in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end UI/UX experiences for B2C e-commerce platforms across the full customer journey (discovery → conversion → post-purchase).
  • Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for both desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, including reusable components, variants, and variables.
  • Ensure clean design-to-development handoff through well-structured Figma files and clear documentation.
  • Apply WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices in all design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders within a robust SDLC environment.
Portfolio & Design Capability
  • Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing products, with preference for end-to-end e-commerce design work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in: 
     
    • Information architecture
  •  
    • User flows and journey mapping
  •  
    • Interactive and responsive design
  •  
  • Must present real project work (not conceptual only) covering desktop and mobile experiences.
Figma Expertise (Critical and Must Have)
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including: 
     
    • Structured file organization and naming conventions
  •  
    • Effective use of Auto Layout
  •  
    • Creation of components, variants, and reusable assets
  •  
    • Use of variables (design tokens) for scalability
  •  
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate developer handoff workflows and day-to-day working practices.
Design Systems & Execution
  • Strong experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • High attention to: 
     
    • Layer organization and file hygiene
  •  
    • Scalable and maintainable design structures
  •  
  • Proven ability to translate design concepts into production-ready deliverables.
Accessibility & Quality
  • Practical application of WCAG accessibility standards in design work.
  • Ability to ensure responsiveness, usability, and visual consistency across devices.
Additional Expectations
  • Rapidly understand and incorporate e-commerce business logic, user behavior, and conversion optimization principles.
  • Stay current with AI-driven design trends, emerging tools, and visual QA practices.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Design.
  • Proven experience designing B2C e-commerce platforms, covering the full customer funnel.
