Treasury Analyst 3

Overview

The Treasury Analyst 3 is responsible for the management and execution of the cash disbursement process and banking function of the company and its subsidiaries with a major focus on the monitoring and management of its cash liquidity

• Oversee the set up of bank accounts bank routing rules and ongoing bank account maintenance in the accounting system
• Oversee the management of the banking infrastructure
• Oversee the banking relationships
• Oversee the management of banking fees and interest earned and initiate transfer of funds to maximize cash benefit
• Participate in the cash forecasting process for the company and its subsidiaries and make recommendations to draw on company's line of credit if deemed necessary
• Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge
• May provide guidance to other team members

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience as a treasury analyst
• Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
• Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
• Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
• Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong leadership sound judgement and business acumen skills
• Strong facilitation and project management skill
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
• Strong data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills
