We are seeking a Test Engineer to lead quality assurance for central pharmacy fulfillment deployments from Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) through Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and post-go-live support. This is a unique opportunity to shape critical technologies that healthcare professionals depend on every day.

This position reports to the VP of Solutions Delivery & Support and is a REMOTE role. This role requires 80% - 100% travel. Proximity to an airport is preferred.

As the Test Engineer, you will:

• Develop and execute FAT protocols that validate architecture, equipment, controls, software, interfaces, and end-to-end workflows before shipment. 
• Lead on-site SAT, including test environment setup, equipment operation, test execution, defect tracking, retesting, and acceptance support. 
• Test integrated hardware and software, including robotics, conveyors, vision systems, scanners, printers, scales, sensors, controllers, middleware, databases, pharmacy systems, APIs, and HL7/NCPDP interfaces. 
• Validate device communication, data flow, workflow sequencing, exception handling, recovery, throughput, accuracy, and safety controls. 
• Diagnose equipment, network, application, database, interface, and workflow failures using logs, diagnostics, schematics, test tools, and direct observation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of hands-on test, integration, commissioning, or field engineering experience with hardware-integrated software. 
• Experience setting up test environments and creating, executing, and documenting FAT and SAT protocols.
