Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, results-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Revenue Specialists. This position combines client service, vacation research, and sales-focused support to help travelers identify and secure experiences that meet their preferences and budget.

You will assist clients with a variety of vacation options, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, couples getaways, family trips, group vacations, tours, and international experiences. The role is well suited for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, identifying solutions, and turning client inquiries into confirmed arrangements.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their vacation interests, priorities, dates, and budget
  • Research vacation products and identify options that match individual client requests
  • Compare accommodations, resorts, cruises, tours, activities, transportation, and packages
  • Present relevant recommendations and explain available features, promotions, and inclusions
  • Follow up with client inquiries and help move interested travelers through the decision-making process
  • Assist with securing selected services through approved supplier and booking resources
  • Identify additional services or experiences that may enhance a client's vacation
  • Organize confirmations, itinerary information, and reservation details
  • Track pending requests, payment dates, and other important deadlines
  • Review booking information carefully for accuracy
  • Maintain consistent communication before and after reservations are confirmed
  • Keep organized records of inquiries, client preferences, follow-ups, and arrangements
  • Stay knowledgeable about supplier promotions, destination offerings, and vacation products

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused with an interest in sales and service
  • Comfortable presenting options and helping clients make purchasing decisions
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage inquiries, follow-ups, and multiple priorities
  • Comfortable researching and comparing information online
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Willingness to learn supplier platforms, booking systems, and digital tools
  • Dependable, goal-oriented, and receptive to continued learning
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
