Overview Summary

We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals who enjoy helping people explore vacation possibilities and turn ideas into organized plans. As a Travel Opportunity Specialist, you will guide clients through the research and coordination process while providing personalized assistance based on their individual needs.

You'll work with a variety of vacation experiences, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family trips, romantic getaways, group vacations, tours, and international destinations. This position combines customer interaction, research, organization, and reservation support in a flexible virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to discuss upcoming vacation plans, interests, dates, and budget preferences
• Research destinations and identify experiences that match individual requests
• Explore accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Develop customized options for clients to consider
• Provide clear information about package features, availability, promotions, and reservation requirements
• Assist clients with selecting and coordinating their preferred arrangements
• Process reservation details through approved supplier resources
• Organize confirmations, itinerary information, and important trip documentation
• Track upcoming deadlines and follow up regarding outstanding details
• Review booking information carefully to help ensure accuracy
• Assist with routine questions, reservation updates, and requested changes
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual appointments
• Maintain organized records of client preferences, communications, and reservations
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier programs, new products, and current vacation opportunities
• Provide consistent service throughout the planning and preparation process
