Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of business travel for our remote organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, book, and manage flights, accommodation, car hire, and transfers for business travel
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all documentation is in order
- Monitor travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions efficiently
- Maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, and hotel partners
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes
- Keep accurate records of all bookings and travel expenditure
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in travel coordination or corporate travel management
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, or online tools)
- Strong organisational skills for managing multiple bookings simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge of visa requirements and international travel is advantageous
- Self-sufficient in a fully remote working environment
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred
Salary: R22,000/month | 100% Remote
