Position Overview
We are expanding our virtual team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and helping clients create enjoyable vacation experiences.
As a Travel Client Success Specialist, you will support travelers from their initial planning conversation through trip preparation. You'll learn what matters most to each client, research suitable options, assist with coordinating arrangements, and provide consistent communication throughout the process.
No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training, supplier education, and continued team support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferred destinations, dates, interests, and budget
Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages
Compare available options and identify choices that align with individual client needs
Provide clear information and guidance to help travelers make informed decisions
Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and other requested services
Organize reservation details using approved booking platforms and supplier resources
Prepare confirmations, itineraries, schedules, and relevant pre-departure information
Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up on outstanding information or client decisions
Provide timely updates and respond to questions as vacation plans develop
Assist with routine reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests
Review traveler information and booking details for accuracy
Maintain organized client records, communication notes, and reservation information
Participate in ongoing destination and supplier education
