Role Summary

We are currently seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Travel Client Success Coordinators.   • Provide clients with recommendations and assistance based on their travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations
  • Respond to inquiries and customer service requests through phone, email, and online communication tools
  • Assist with reservation updates, itinerary modifications, and travel-related follow-up
  • Maintain accurate booking records, customer files, and travel documentation
  • Attend virtual training sessions, workshops, and team collaboration meetings
