Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Account Consultant. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their vacation needs, explore suitable options, coordinate selected arrangements, and provide reliable support throughout the planning process.

Client requests may include resort stays, cruises, family vacations, group experiences, couples getaways, tours, and international destinations. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and professional resources are provided.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, dates, preferences, and budgets
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
• Present suitable options based on individual client requests
• Assist with coordinating reservations through approved supplier platforms
• Provide updates regarding confirmations, deadlines, and itinerary details
• Review booking information to ensure accuracy
• Respond to client questions and assist with routine reservation needs
• Maintain organized client profiles and booking records
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Keep current with destination information, supplier offerings, and available promotions
• Provide attentive service designed to build positive client relationships

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable working with people
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Comfortable with computers, internet research, and online applications
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Previous travel experience is not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico, Spain, or other qualifying region
