About the Role:
Uniti’s Planning Engineer III will develop and maintain transport network and continue to refine their skillset and grow their engineering career. What You’ll Do:
- Plan, schedule, and report on the progress of a high volume of projects (Quickbase, Jira, Tableau) and organize multiple tasks and priorities
- Work with existing network infrastructure (DWDM, MPLS)
- Implement additional bandwidth to support new services
- Create job packages to include technical instruction and method of procedures

- The ability to solve problems and a desire to grow professionally and individually
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
- Good organization, documentation, and technical writing skills
- Proficient in operation support systems (NGMSS or equivalent design systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to o work in a team environment

Minimum Requirements:
College degree in Engineering or a related field and 3-5 years professional level experience; or 7+ years professional level related Engineering/Technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience required.
The compensation range for this position is from $77,800 - $102,200.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
