- University degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with SAP is a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confident in English and German on at least Upper- intermediate level (spoken and written).
- Customer-focused, with a professional, customer-first mindset
- Manage freight and customer claims (including refusals and returns), ensuring accurate documentation collection and timely registration in claims systems
- Control and optimize additional logistics costs (e.g., demurrage), ensuring compliance with contracts, company policies, and carrier agreements
- Maintain accurate and timely claims and cost registration in SAP, Transpareon, and other systems, supporting reporting and root cause analysis
- Ensure timely collection, validation, and traceability of Proof of Delivery (POD) and CMR documentation, meeting audit and compliance standards
- Monitor, document, and resolve transport-related events (delays, damages, service failures), collaborating with carriers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate end-to-end claims, documentation, and transportation processes with T-Hub teams, Freight Settlement, carriers, and markets to ensure timely resolution and effective communication
