Training Associate IV

Remote, Malaysia

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Preferably a high school diploma and above
• Must be able to submit a background check and drug test
• Must be able to work 8 hours night shift and Public Holidays from 8PM to 8AM, Mon to Fri

Summary: Facilitating scheduling processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service delivery 

Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management: Create and maintain schedules in accordance with client requirements, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate various software applications, including Microsoft TEAMS, Office, and Excel, ensuring seamless integration into scheduling processes.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients and other vendors to fulfill scheduling requests promptly and efficiently.
• Adaptability and Responsiveness: Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in handling client scheduling requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively to address challenges that may arise during scheduling processes.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce quality assurance standards to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of schedules.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate any scheduling issues or challenges to the Delivery Services Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
• Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple scheduling tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate smooth collaboration within the team and with clients.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate strong customer service skills to address client inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Independence and Team Collaboration: Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members, fostering a supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
• Good English communication, Good work ethic, good organizational skills, multitasking
