The associate will perform data entry and administrative tasks within learning management systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. They are responsible for maintaining client standard operating procedures and resolving or escalating operational discrepancies.
Provide learning administrative services including data entry into SuccessFactors and managing requests via ServiceNow. Ensure client standard operating procedures and service level agreements are maintained while troubleshooting discrepancies.
Perform the record-to-report function, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities to produce accurate financial statements. Coordinate with clients and guide junior staff while maintaining accounting controls and documentation.
