We are looking for an experienced Training Consulting Project Manager with a strong Learning & Development (L&D) background to join our team in India. This is a fully remote, 1-year fixed-term opportunity supporting a large global technology client in delivering high-impact learning experiences.

This is not a generic project management role—we’re seeking a professional who brings deep expertise in training coordination, learning deployment, and L&D program delivery, particularly across global, enterprise environments.


About the Role

In this role, you will act as both an operational lead and trusted consultant, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution of learning programs. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deploy training initiatives across multiple modalities, including OLT, VILT, and ILT.

You will not create or deliver training content—instead, your focus will be on driving execution excellence, governance, quality, and stakeholder alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end coordination and deployment of training programs across OLT, VILT, and ILT
  • Act as a consultative partner, guiding stakeholders on best-fit learning solutions and deployment strategies
  • Manage intake, scope, timelines, and dependencies for learning initiatives
  • Coordinate VILT sessions (setup, registrations, logistics, tracking, and reporting)
  • Ensure content readiness, quality, accessibility, and compliance (non-authoring role)
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates
  • Coordinate trainers, moderators, and delivery logistics to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate records in tracking tools and ensure audit-ready documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and learning operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong L&D experience with a focus on training coordination and learning deployment
  • Proven experience managing OLT and VILT programs, with the ability to recommend appropriate modalities
  • Background supporting large global clients or enterprise environments (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and project tracking systems (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management within L&D
  • Experience working with global technology organizations
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Exposure to instructional design (review/advisory)
  • Experience with tools such as Articulate (Rise), Power BI, or similar
