About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of our Loss Prevention Team. In this crucial role, you'll oversee the onboarding and continuous education of team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to detect and prevent retail theft efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to refine training strategies and optimize learning resources for a high-impact team.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing team members.

• Develop learning materials, guides, and resources to enhance knowledge retention.

• Conduct training sessions on loss prevention procedures, AI-based theft detection, and operational best practices.

• Monitor and assess training effectiveness, making improvements as needed.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance.

• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Teams to address skill gaps and optimize training content.

• Maintain detailed training records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, or a related field.

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in loss prevention or security.

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in e-learning platforms, Google Suite, and training management systems.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Availability to work during US business hours.

• Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft 365

• Training & Development: Canva, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace

Bonus Points

• Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail technology training.

• Familiarity with AI-driven theft detection tools and methodologies.

• Background in instructional design and e-learning development.

Job Details:

• Full-time status (40 hours per week)

• Able to work during US Eastern time zone 

• Salary: Php 40k-50k/month

• Location: Philippines
