- Content Development
- Customize session plans and training materials based on the target
audience's specific needs.
- Incorporate multimedia tools, presentations, and real-world
examples to enhance the learning experience.
- Student Engagement
- Monitor and encourage attendance and participation in virtual
sessions.
- Provide one-on-one counselling and support to students, guiding
them on personal and professional development goals.

- Student Assessment
- Develop and administer assessments to measure students'
understanding of soft skills concepts. Ensuring Maximum students are
passed in “ Excellent Category “
- Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their personal
and professional growth.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed progress reports on student performance and
attendance.
- Ensure timely updates of training activities in the internal MIS
system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training outcomes
and key metrics.
- Placement Support
- Assist students in preparing for interviews by conducting mock
sessions and resume-building workshops.
- Provide support in identifying and bridging skill gaps related to
employability.
- Continuous Improvement
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and
update methodologies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends to integrate new techniques and
tools in soft skills training.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with program managers and community mobilizers to align
training with project goals.
- Support mobilization activities virtually to ensure enrolment of
suitable candidates.
