- Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their personal

- Maintain detailed progress reports on student performance and
attendance.
- Ensure timely updates of training activities in the internal MIS
system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training outcomes
and key metrics.

- Assist students in preparing for interviews by conducting mock
sessions and resume-building workshops.
- Provide support in identifying and bridging skill gaps related to
employability.
- Continuous Improvement
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and
update methodologies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends to integrate new techniques and
tools in soft skills training.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with program managers and community mobilizers to align
training with project goals.
- Support mobilization activities virtually to ensure enrolment of
suitable candidates.
