The Trade Ally Coordinator for the Atlantic City Electric Energy Efficiency Programs for Commercial & Industrial Customers is responsible for:
Interfacing with all program Trade Allies.
Review of Trade Ally applications for basic components, arranges for program-specific review/feedback from PMs/Program Coordinators as needed, checks references and insurance requirements, then processes approval or denial of trade ally applications.
Ensuring trade ally details in CRM are accurate and up to date.
Referring approved Trade Allies to program coordinators to arrange for onboarding training.
Tracking insurance deadlines and ensuring valid COIs are on file for all TAs.
Handling TA inquiries
Alerting PMs to trends and issues noticed on the Trade Ally side and recommending improvements or opportunities for training.
Assisting with data requests and Trade Ally performance reporting.
Participating in Trade Ally issue management and terminations.
Providing training and manage regular meeting with the TA network.
Arranging TA recognition events.
The Trade Ally Coordinator is the main point of contact for all Trade Allies and works with PMs/program coordinators to develop periodic communications (monthly, quarterly) and ongoing trainings for the TA network.
2 year college degree minimum requirement 4 year college degree preferred
2-5 years of utility employment or utility rebate program experience
