Our Payroll team brings significant value and contribution to our company through overall management for one of the most unique and geographically dispersed global payroll operations in the country.

What You’ll Do

The Payroll Analyst for US contributes to auditing time, pay and workforce management results and develops a solid knowledge about outbound reporting on compliance exceptions for the purpose of achieving operational excellence. This element also works on researching and advising payroll staff concerning the time capture treatment of complex transactions. May perform periodic internal audits of various payroll areas and prepare materials for external or internal auditors.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Oracle Payroll processing for all cycles – bi-weekly, weekly and daily
  • Analysis of payroll prior to approvals to ensure compliance, as well as issues and escalations from employees, Human Capital, Finance, and other stakeholders that require immediate attention
  • Handle multiple projects and lead special projects as required
  • Accomplish forms and other requests pertaining to Garnishments, Unemployment Audits, Verification of Employment, Taxes and other government related inquiries or requests to ensure compliance
  • Other tasks that may be required

    What You Bring to the Role
  • Experience in operating local and/or international payrolls
  • 2+ years of experience processing payroll for a large multinational organizations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field or comparable degree
  • Good knowledge of Kronos and Oracle Payroll
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience in processing US and/or CAN end-to-end payroll processing
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
  • Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and proven success in a fast paced environment
