Our client is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing live event ticketing. They buy and sell large volumes of tickets, and the automation usually handles everything — but sometimes, fans need a human touch. That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Do:
Step in when automation fails: locate tickets, find buyer info, and execute transfers manually
File and follow up on support cases with Ticketmaster to resolve technical issues
Handle calls with marketplaces to solve fulfillment problems
Ensure every ticket is delivered on time — no exceptions
Your Schedule:
Mon–Fri: ET (20-30 hours during working week)
Sat–Sun: ET (10-15 hours during weekend evenings)
Work 5 days per week
