Thought Leadership Lead

Own the ideas that make AutoStore the authority in Intelligent Fulfillment

We're looking for a Thought Leadership Lead to build the expert network behind our point of view, own the programming of our flagship event, and turn our thinking into content that shapes how the industry sees warehouse automation and logistics.

You'll take a big idea and make it travel: on stage at AutoStore Arena, in a white paper, in our video series, across newsletters and social. You'll move between strategy and delivery, and own initiatives end to end. 

Key focus areas 

• Narrative ownership and enablement. Own our core thought leadership narratives and the data points behind them as a single source of truth. Make them usable across the organization, equipping wider marketing and commercial team to put them to work. Build agentic workflows so insights and narratives can be reused at scale. 

• Programming for our flagship event AutoStore Arena: Own the agenda for our flagship event across NAM, EMEA and APAC, shaping the theme, building the program, owning C-level keynotes and preparing speakers. You'll also own the editorial plan of Arena beyond the event itself. 

• Thought leadership content. Take our thought leadership video series from pilot to a high-production format, and own it end to end — concept, guests, production and rollout. Beyond that, you'll lead production of white papers, craft C-level keynotes, and partner with PR on executive bylines. 

• Expert network. Build and own the relationships that ground our thought leadership in real expertise, from internal subject-matter experts across different functions, to clients and external analysts and advisory partners. You’ll turn interviews and meetings into reusable insight. 

• Insight and research. Own our proprietary research initiatives and turn our own operational data into a source of original insight — spotting the signals that others can't and shaping them into content that sets the agenda rather than following it. 

What we’re looking for 

• Strong B2B marketing experience and a proven track record in thought leadership: a senior expert who can run big, cross-functional initiatives independently, from strategy through to delivery. 

• Ideally logistics or supply chain background. If you don't have it yet but learn fast and love going down the rabbit hole, we'd still like to hear from you. 

• Exceptional storytelling and editorial judgement, with the ability to turn complex ideas into a clear, differentiated point of view. 

• An analytical mindset: you can interrogate proprietary research and operational data, spot the signal, and turn it into a point of view. 

• Comfortable across formats — written, video and audio — and confident moving between shaping strategy and producing the work yourself. 

• Experience developing content with top-level stakeholders, from management boards and C-suite to Director level, and proven stakeholder management skills to align executives, experts, analysts and agencies. 

• A curious, forward-looking mindset. You follow what the best brands are doing, bring fresh ideas, and are curious about where AI and agentic workflows are heading. 

• Strong written English is essential. 

• Willingness to travel occasionally. 

Location 

This can be a remote role within Europe. We’d particularly love to hear from candidates based close to our offices: Berlin (Germany), Graz (Austria), Lyon (France), Madrid (Spain), Milan (Italy), Oslo (Norway), Stavanger (Norway), Ulm (Germany), and our global HQ in Nedre Vats (Norway).
