The Theranostics Specialist will serve as a field-based expert to oversee the strategic onboarding of imaging sites and ensure the successful adoption of Telix radiopharmaceuticals. This role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, optimizing site workflows, and executing field activities to support product launches and HCP education.

The Theranostics Specialist (TS) will serve as the field-based nuclear medicine technology expert ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Telix products. This role will oversee multiple, complex site activation initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and strategically contribute to corporate sales objectives by optimizing the end-user experience utilizing Telix assets
Key Accountabilities:
Position Requirements
Education & Experience:
• BS or MS degree in scientific discipline (preferred Radiology or similar) or equivalent experience required
• Certification by Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
• 5 years’ experience with advanced oncologic PET/CT scanning with optimization
• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals required, prostate cancer preferred
• Thorough understanding of relevant policies guiding the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Experience/expertise in interpretation of scientific data, market research, and competitive intelligence tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking, time-management, organization and interpersonal skills, business acumen, and high level of emotional intelligence
• Detailed knowledge of regulations and practices related to industry interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to quickly understand complex disease areas, treatments, and clinical development plans, healthcare landscape, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and patient journey
• Local, regional, and national travel up to 50%
• Must live within close proximity to major airport
• Must live in assigned geography
