Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, personalized test prep instruction for standardized exams (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, SSAT, ISEE, etc.)
  • Assess individual student strengths and weaknesses to develop targeted study plans
  • Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in person or virtually
  • Track student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
  • Provide practice tests, study materials, and homework assignments to reinforce learning
  • Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress
  • Maintain accurate session notes and attendance records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or test preparation instruction
  • Strong knowledge of standardized test formats (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students of varying ages
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
  • Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Prior experience working with students in an academic or tutoring setting preferred
