TEST - Legal Client Acquisition Specialist

Requirements

• Proven experience in phone sales, customer service, or intake, ideally within the legal or professional services industry.
  
• A foundational understanding of legal concepts or experience in a legal support role (e.g., paralegal, legal assistant) is considered an advantage.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  
• Strong active listening skills to comprehend client needs fully and respond effectively.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple leads and responsibilities efficiently.
  
• A proactive and self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a remote work environment with minimal direct supervision.
  
• Proficiency with CRM software and GSuite or similar productivity tools is a plus.
  
• A college diploma is preferred.
  
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to adapt to evolving processes and client needs.
  
• Bilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish/English) considered an asset.
