We're looking for a driven Territory Sales Representative to own new business development across Florida. This is a remote, hunter role β you'll prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals independently across the HOA and condo property management space, then hand off to our Customer Success team for onboarding.
You won't have an SDR feeding your pipeline. You'll build it. In return, you'll have a defined territory, a category-leading product, and a direct line to leadership that most reps never get.

2β4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership β you've carried quota from prospecting to close.
Proven quota attainment in a fast-paced environment. We want to see your numbers.
Exceptional communicator β you can explain complex AI technology in plain terms that resonate with property managers, HOA boards, and self-managed community volunteers alike.
CRM proficiency β HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
Hunter mentality β you self-source leads across multiple customer segments and manage your pipeline without hand-holding.
Startup-ready β comfortable operating where processes are still being built and refined.
HOA or Property Management industry experience and/or an existing network in the space is a significant advantage β if you already know the players in Florida, we want to hear from you.
Based in or deeply familiar with Florida β local market knowledge goes a long way in this role.
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
