Territory Manager – United States

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to drive business growth across the United States. This is a national sales role focused on developing new opportunities, building executive relationships, and helping agencies improve transportation operations, safety, accessibility, and customer experience through innovative technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities with transit agencies, city DOTs, public works departments, law enforcement agencies, airports, and other public-sector organizations.
- Build relationships with executive, operational, and technical decision-makers.
- Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract award.
- Conduct customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, and industry outreach activities.
- Represent BusPas at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals, deployments, and customer success.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity within the company CRM.
What We're Looking For

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling into government, transportation, public safety, mobility, infrastructure, smart city, or related markets is preferred.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel throughout the United States.
