At Stryker, our people drive our mission to make healthcare better. We’re looking for a high‑performing Territory Manager to champion our Peripheral Vascular portfolio, based in Brisbane, QLD.
This is a rare opportunity to build a therapy from the ground up and play a lead role in transforming vascular care across a high‑impact QLD territory. If you thrive in a challenge, love seeking out opportunities, and know how to close, this could be your role.
Please note this role covers the state of QLD and will involve fairly frequent travel.
Peripheral Vascular
Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular portfolio is part of our fast‑growing vascular business, delivering innovative solutions for patients with venous disease such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). This cutting‑edge therapy enables the removal of large clots without the need for thrombolytics, helping patients recover faster and more safely.
What you’ll do
Own a Brisbane‑based territory, with the majority of accounts across Gold Coast, Metro Brisbane, and regional Queensland
Build deep hospital networks and earn trust with physicians across key public hospitals
Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
Identify and convert new business opportunities, particularly within public hospital systems
Support the majority of cases in person, acting as a trusted partner in the procedure room
Conduct product demonstrations, education sessions, and training programs to promote Peripheral Vascular solutions
Navigate complex hospital environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive therapy adoption
What we’re looking for
Required
5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, with consistent quota achievement
Strong business development mindset with the ability to open new accounts and build therapy adoption
High levels of resilience, tenacity, and patience - this is a long‑term build, not a quick win
Demonstrated clinical aptitude with the ability to learn and confidently support highly technical products
Willingness to work irregular hours, including responding quickly to unplanned or urgent cases
Ability to operate autonomously across a geographically spread territory
Strong stakeholder management skills across physicians, nursing, procurement, and hospital leadership
Preferred
Experience selling into QLD public hospital systems
Background in vascular, interventional, cardiology, or cath‑lab environments
Experience launching or growing a new therapy or portfolio
