Territory Manager

We’re looking for a part-time Territory Manager to join our remote Recruitment Team in a contract position for one year. This Territory Manager will be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) but will oversee recruitment efforts across North America. The ideal candidate will be confident, creative, and excited to talk to others about Australia! We are looking for a positive individual who is keen to bring new ideas to the team as this role will be helping the organization grow interest in exciting program areas. 

As a Territory Manager you will develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of partners & stakeholders. These accounts will consist of university student groups, university advisors and high school advisors. 

 
What you’ll do 

• Manage a wide variety of student recruitment activities, including coordination of presentations (virtually and in-person) for universities and high schools across North America 
• Establish and maintain relationships with influential student groups and local high school advisors 
• Create annual territory sales plan to meet territory targets 

• Work closely with our internal Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure that OzTREKK's exceptional services are top of mind for any students considering education abroad 

 
What you should have 

• Experience in creating and developing strategic ideas 

• Comfort with public speaking – don’t worry we will help you along the way!

• Ability to easily create relationships and make others feel comfortable 

• Passion for education and helping students make their dreams come true 

• A strategic mindset and enthusiasm about personal growth 

 
Serious bonus points if you have 

• Sales experience and training 

• Visited Australia 

• Studied or lived abroad 

• Experience with Salesforce/CRM 

 
OzTREKK offers a competitive salary along with health and dental benefits. The candidate can work remotely but will ideally be based in the Greater Toronto Area. They will be provided with a laptop and cellphone for use during their contract.
