The Business Intake Specialist is responsible for reviewing and finalizing new client and matter intake forms while ensuring compliance with firm data entry standards. They also communicate with end users, provide administrative support to the Information Governance department, and assist with attorney-related data updates.
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Business Intake Specialist to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York or Washington D.C. offices.
This is a temporary position lasting six months. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices.
This position's primary tasks concern review and finalization of all new client and matter intake forms, analysis of the information submitted to accurately meet the standards and other requirements of established policies and procedures, and communication with end users.

Washington State
The hourly range for this position in Washington is $29.74 to $36.92. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Paid sick leave is accrued on a biweekly basis at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked. Temporary employees working at least 30 hours per week may be eligible for health insurance with an optional HSA, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
California
The hourly range for this position in Los Angeles is $35.90 to $40.51; and in San Francisco is $38.97 to $41.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Paid sick leave is accrued on a biweekly basis at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked. New York
The hourly range for this position in New York City is $40.66 to $42.86. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The hourly range for this position in Washington D.C. is $34.36 to $35.90. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
