About Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA)

Boys & Girls Clubs of America is the nation’s premier youth development organization, serving nearly 4 million young people each year. We are committed to creating environments where all young people can reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.Through partnerships, programs, and people-first leadership, we support Clubs across the country to deliver safe, impactful, and high-quality experiences for youth and families.

About the Role

The Digital Project Manager will manage and execute key projects across BGCA’s growing military marketing portfolio. Working closely with the Director, Military Marketing, this role will take assigned projects from planning through execution — coordinating stakeholders, timelines, creative development, content production, approvals and final delivery.

This is a hands-on role that combines project management, marketing execution and creative production. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing a multi-stakeholder project, developing marketing resources, capturing and editing content, and keeping complex deliverables moving. The role will support work across military Services, installations, Youth Centers, BGCA teams and external partners. Military experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking for a strong marketer and project manager who can operate independently, build trusted relationships and quickly learn the nuances of BGCA’s military partnerships.

Why This Role Matters

Military-connected young people grow up navigating experiences that can include frequent moves, deployments, new schools and life in communities around the world.

BGCA has an opportunity to tell those stories more consistently and authentically while giving military partners and local programs stronger marketing resources to reach youth and families.

As BGCA’s military marketing portfolio and partner deliverables continue to expand, this role will provide dedicated project ownership and execution capacity — helping ensure commitments are delivered on time while allowing the Director, Military Marketing to focus on strategy, partner relationships and long-term growth.
