Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie

• Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Kunden und Absatzmärkte im Technologiebereich Electrical Explosion Protection Equipment (EPE) – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Expertenteams und Competence Centern
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Validierung marktorientierter Value Propositions auf Basis von Kundengesprächen, Spezifikationen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen und Produkt-Launches in enger Abstimmung mit Marketing, Vertrieb und technischen Fachbereichen
• Beobachtung relevanter Technologietrends und Ableitung strategischer Impulse für Portfolio- und Produktentscheidungen
• Aufbau, Pflege und Aktivierung eines technologiebezogenen Partner- und Innovationsnetzwerks (Ecosystem)
• Training, Schulung und Unterstützung des Vertriebs z. B. durch Produktpräsentationen auf Fachveranstaltungen, bei Key Accounts oder Messen

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Studiengangs
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement oder Business Development
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in industrieller Kommunikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Electrical Explosion Protection Equipment (EPE)
• Strategisches Denken, Innovationsfreude und hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
