Technology and Performance Advisor

Your Day-to-Day

• Understand IT system architectures and define business structures for organizations;
  
• Assess operational processes using LEAN principles and propose improvements prior to transformation;
  
• Conduct technology assessments, develop recommendations, and advise clients on business best practices and opportunities for improvement and automation;
  
• Configure, develop, and customize applications within the Zoho suite based on project requirements;
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure strong client relationship management;
  
• Summarize projects, results, and client feedback.
  

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant education;
  
• Experience in technology implementation, consulting, advisory roles, or project management;
  
• Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written;
  
• Knowledge of process improvement and Lean Six Sigma tools, as well as Scrum, Agile, and Sprint methodologies (an asset);
  
• Knowledge of the Zoho suite (an asset).
